Paying off, or starting to repay your debts is a positive step and can improve your ability to obtain credit in the future as your accounts will be updated by the credit reference agencies.
If you have received a letter asking you to pay Ascent directly the simplest and easiest way to pay is to call us on 0345 604 0860 and pay by your debit or credit card. For your convenience, where you cannot afford to pay the balance in full, we can set up a regular repayment plan using your debit or credit card. Please note, any payments made by a credit card, may be subject to interest charges by your card provider. Should you need to, a recurring card payment can be cancelled at any time by calling us or your bank/card provider.
Alternatively, you can send us a cheque or send money by bank transfer using the details below, or even print and complete a standing order mandate, which you then need to send to your bank.
If you want to authorise a third party to discuss your account with us or make payments on your behalf (perhaps a partner, family member or debt advice organisation), please download our Letter of Authority here.
IMPORTANT – you should only make payment to Ascent if our letter advises you to contact and make payment directly to Ascent.
